AUSPICIOUS MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT 1 CM 004 MARCO (02/12/2010)

Dear Friends,
this year my usual wish is a little sad, because my heart still feels suffer from the sadness for the loss of Mauro, 1 CM 031.
This is not just because we have lost a true friend, but because it happened too suddenly, while we all expect him back in radio, after several months of stand-by due to his not good health.
We installed the new antenna, repaired the radio but unfortunately it was all no good. He has left us.
I hope everyone who have been so lucky to know and appreciate Mauro will remember him forever, as we do with all other friends who have left us before.
This is what I feel to write thinking of him.

As for the rest, we are close to the Christmas holydays and I have to give you and your family all good wishes.

I think there are so many bad things in the world and I hope our “hobby”, but above all the knowledge to be members of a "family" in our radio group, help you to pondered on friendship and spirit team. These things fills me with joy.

1 CM 031 MAURO R.I.P.(04/11/2010)

We are sorry to inform you, 1CM031 Mauro is dead last night. He was one of the memorable group member and a great friend with everybody.
A great goodbye to our dear friend and deepest sympathy to his family.

Since 13/10/2010 new countries has been added to DXCC list:

347 - Curaçao (N.America)
348 - St. Maarten (N.America)
349 - Saba and St. Eustatius (N.America)
350 - Bonaire (N.America)

The country with the prefix 166 (grouping the first three islands) has to be considerer as "deleted".
